Aatma Skin Club Terms and Conditions

Welcome to Aatma Skin Club. These terms and conditions govern your membership and subscription to our services. By subscribing to our club, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions as outlined below.

1. Subscription Duration

• Your subscription to Aatma Skin Club is subject to a minimum duration of six (6) months from the date of purchase. This commitment ensures that we can provide continuous care and optimum results for your skin health journey.

2. Service Restrictions

• Anti-Wrinkle Treatments: Members may not undertake anti-wrinkle treatments more frequently than once every four (4) months. This restriction is in place to ensure the safety and efficacy of the treatments.
• Profhilo Treatments: Members are restricted from receiving Profhilo treatments more frequently than once every six (6) months. This guideline is to guarantee the best possible outcomes and maintain treatment integrity.
• Microneedling Treatments: You can have 3x microneedling sessions within a 6 month period, if you opt for a greater frequency of treatments within your allowance of 6 (i.e. You decide to use all 6 sessions in 6 months) we will charge for the extra until your allowance renews, but you will get 50% OFF of the price.

3. Facial and Hydrafacial Allowance

• Members are entitled to facials and Hydrafacials within three hundred and sixty-five (365) days of their subscription purchase date. These benefits are non-transferable and can only be utilised by the subscription holder, ensuring personalised care.

4. Approval and Membership Revocation

• Membership to Aatma Skin Club is subject to approval by Dr. Shaan. This clause ensures that all treatments and services provided are suitable and safe for potential members.
• Aatma Skin Club reserves the right to revoke membership at any time if circumstances change. Reasons for revocation may include, but are not limited to, medical conditions that contraindicate treatments offered by the club. Should membership be revoked for such reasons, members will be notified promptly, and any necessary adjustments will be made in accordance with our policies and applicable laws.

5. General Conditions

• Aatma Skin Club reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Members will be notified of any changes through the contact information provided upon subscription.
• By subscribing to Aatma Skin Club, members agree to follow all guidelines and instructions provided by the staff and Dr. Shaan for treatments and services. Failure to comply may result in termination of membership.
• Freezing Your Membership:
  Members may opt to freeze their membership for an indefinite period, for a fee of £50. No treatments can be undertaken until a subscription is recommenced.

6. Liability

• Members agree to not hold Aatma Skin Club or its staff liable for any adverse reactions or complications arising from treatments received, provided that these treatments were carried out in accordance with standard medical practices and with the member’s informed consent.

7. Governing Law

• These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Aatma Skin Club operates.
