The HydraFlame is our signature facial, bringing together two of the most effective treatments we offer into one results-driven session. It is designed for anyone who wants the most complete glow we can deliver, with no compromise and no downtime.

It begins with an iS Clinical Fire & Ice resurfacing facial: an active warming phase that exfoliates and renews the skin, followed by a cooling phase that soothes, calms, and rehydrates. We then layer a Platinum HydraFacial on top, deeply cleansing, extracting, and hydrating the skin while adding lymphatic drainage to reduce puffiness and LED light to target specific concerns. The result is skin that looks clearer, brighter, and visibly refreshed straight away. At Āatma Aesthetics London, every treatment is carried out inside our CQC-registered, doctor-led clinic at The O2, Greenwich.

The Approach

Two Treatments, One Glow

The HydraFlame is built around sequence. The Fire & Ice resurfacing comes first to renew the skin's surface and lift away dullness, which then lets the Platinum HydraFacial cleanse, hydrate, and treat the skin more effectively than either step would alone.

Both elements are tailored to your skin on the day, from the strength of the resurfacing to the serums and LED used in the HydraFacial. Carried out in our doctor-led clinic, it delivers a dramatic glow with nothing to recover from afterwards.

How the HydraFlame works

Resurface, Then Renew

The treatment opens with the iS Clinical Fire & Ice phase. An active resurfacing masque gently warms the skin and exfoliates to refine texture and lift dullness, the part many people feel as a warm tingle. A second, cooling masque then soothes and rehydrates, calming the skin and leaving it comfortable and refreshed.

With the surface renewed, the Platinum HydraFacial follows: cleansing, gentle exfoliation, comfortable extraction, and an infusion of hydrating and antioxidant serums, plus lymphatic drainage to reduce puffiness and LED light to target specific concerns. Layering the two is what gives the HydraFlame its standout result, clearer and brighter skin with an immediate, lasting-looking glow.

Dr Shaan founded Āatma after years of medical training at the University of Southampton and clinical experience across hospitals in the UK and Australia. That foundation shapes how he practises aesthetic medicine: methodical, anatomically led, and conservative.

What does the HydraFlame involve, and how long does it take?

It combines an iS Clinical Fire & Ice resurfacing facial with a Platinum HydraFacial in one session, taking around 60 to 75 minutes. You get the renewing effect of resurfacing followed by the deep cleanse, hydration, lymphatic drainage, and LED of the Platinum, layered for the fullest result we offer.

Will my skin be red or sensitive afterwards?

During the Fire phase you may feel a warm tingle, and some people have mild, brief redness afterwards. This usually settles within an hour or two, and the cooling phase and the hydrating HydraFacial steps that follow are designed to calm and soothe the skin, so most people leave glowing and comfortable rather than red. Any sensitivity is short-lived.

How often should I have it?

The HydraFlame works beautifully as a one-off treat before an occasion, or around once a month as a regular reset for your skin. Dr Shaan will suggest what suits your skin and your goals.

Is it suitable for sensitive skin?

Because it includes active resurfacing, very reactive skin is assessed carefully first, and the standard HydraFacial may be recommended instead. For most skin types the strength can be tailored so the treatment is both effective and comfortable.
